If graded, I'd say this book is between a 1.0-1.5. As you can see this is a very low grade copy of a classic pre code golden age horror book. Excessive wear & tear on both covers. Major spine damage/spine ticks, multiple areas of chipping, folding, creasing etc. Pages are very brittle & most are missing small pieces due to chipping/folding. Spine/Cover/All pages intact.
